Anonymous usage data
- Collected when creating an account with Conversation Assistant
- Stored using Posthog Cloud and Google Cloud Platform
- Used for:
- Analysing and understanding how my app is used
- Monitoring for crashes and performance issues
- Preventing, detecting and investigating fraud or other misuse of my app
What information do I NOT collect?
This information is stored on the Android device itself, hence it is only accessible to the device owner. This information is NOT collected by me or any 3rd parties.
- Profile info (e.g. the user’s name)
- Conversation details (e.g. the recipient’s name)
- Messages
- Suggestions
Will your information be shared with anyone?
I will not share your personal information with anyone without your consent, unless required by law.
How do I protect your information?
I take security seriously and take various measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Examples include:
- Keeping all sensitive information (excluding email address) stored on the device only
- Following Firebase and Google’s best practises for application security
- Monitoring dependencies for security vulnerabilities
- Using multi factor authentication where possible
How long do I keep your information?
I will keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, unless required by law.
How can you access, update or delete your information?
You can access or update your personal information at any time by logging into your account. An account deletion feature has not been implemented in app. Contact me via email to request the deletion of your account and any associated data.

I may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to my practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
